To ensure that our customers are confident with their purchase, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Seven-Day Refund Guarantee:

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your purchase if you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason. However, to maintain a fair environment for all customers, this refund policy is only valid if you have 50 credits or less during this period.

2. No Refund beyond the Limit:

Please note that if you have used more than 50 credits within the initial 7-day period, the refund policy becomes void and no refund request will be entertained, regardless of the remaining duration of the 7-day refund period. This is to prevent misuse of our services.

3. Refund Request Procedure:

To initiate a refund, you need to submit a support ticket within your Kwestify dashboard, clearly stating your reason for refund, along with proof of purchase and your account details.

Once a refund request is received, our team will review the request and your account usage. If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined above, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Non-refundable Circumstances:

Please note that Kwestify will not provide refunds for requests that are made after the initial 7-day period or for accounts that have used more than 50 credits within the initial 7 days.

5. Policy Agreement:

By purchasing our product, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
